FIRST LINE MAINTENANCE

Our first line maintenance teams are second to none when it comes to recognizing a fault and fixing it. All technicians are trained for first line maintenance on every type of ATM in service today, while our second line technicians are certified on Diebold, Tranax, Tidel, Triton and Greenlink. Every one of our technicians goes through a probationary period and training class to learn the differences of each machine.

We also have a full support and technical team from different areas that are able to assist us on any fault that may require second line maintenance. We feel that First Line Maintenance is very detrimental to our business. Many other companies don't offer the type of training that is afforded ATS Uptime Inc. We believe that ATM Service is much more than simply showing up and resetting a machine. It is a specialty that we have perfected.
