The reason that we can offer this speaks to the groundwork and experience of not only the owners but the entire outlook of ATS Uptime Inc.

Ninety-Five percent of the major ATM service companies in business today, only want their piece of the puzzle. None of them understand, or are willing to understand that each piece of the puzzle affects the customer's ATM machine. For example: Most armored car companies in this business believe their job is to only deliver and retrieve items (i.e. cash and deposits). Having the ATM in working order to them is not part of their delivery and retrieval process. On the other hand, ATM service companies worry only about service and how fast they can get to a faulted machine. Most service companies are not worried about the service they provide, only the number of service calls. The more monthly service calls, the bigger the invoice that gets sent out, regardless of the fact that the machine should be working after the first visit.

The above examples show that neither company has any incentive to help each other out - and this happens at your expense. This is the reason for us devising the Uptime Advantage Plan to coincide with our armored services. This puts the full responsibility on ATS Uptime Inc. to perform at a high level. It is essentially a pay for performance program that would pay us for your machines working at a high percentage and penalize us for poor performing machines.

Based on past service issues and our normal billing numbers we were able to come up with an employee based incentive program that rewards them for maximum uptime on your ATM machines. We believe our incentive program would ensure all parts of our company working together to achieve the maximum performance of your machine.

Some of the benefits of this plan are:

- No additional charge for 2nd Line calls or vendor meets. We will initiate and, if needed, escalate all Second Line Maintenance calls.

- No extra charges for repetitive service calls. Repeat service calls not only mean that your machine is down again, but it also means that we are not doing our job. We feel that poor performance should not equal EXTRA billing.

Guarantees are what we are offering. With most current billing methods, you are either using the calls in your call package and could receive extra billing for legitimate calls, or you are billed for each excessive trip to an ATM. In either case, your current vendors are rewarded for poor service. That is the reason for the initiation of our "UPTIME ADVANTAGE" Plan.
